365 Connect CEO to Speak at The Multifamily Leadership Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona

NEW ORLEANS, LA - 365 Connect, a leading provider of award-winning marketing, leasing, and resident technology platforms for the multifamily housing industry, announced today that its founder and CEO, Kerry W. Kirby, will serve as a speaker and panelist at the Multifamily Leadership Summit. The summit takes place from November 28 – 30, 2018 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Multifamily Leadership Summit is like no other event offered in the multifamily housing industry, as it allows high-level leaders to join their peers and conduct informal discussions about managing the apartment community of the future, shifting leasing paradigms, and the power of leveraging people as their last real competitive advantage. The summit is focused on combining tried-and-true multifamily real estate fundamentals with innovation, leadership, and technology.

"We are excited to have Kerry join us during our fourth annual summit,” said Patrick Antrim, the event organizer and Chief Executive Officer of Multifamily Leadership. “Kerry has his finger on the pulse of the latest innovations in the multifamily industry. Not only is he an accomplished entrepreneur, but also an industry influencer who is changing the way we think about the convergence of technology and rental housing. His participation in the summit amplifies our message of change and brings with it leading-edge content from those who are actively reshaping the future of our industry.”

“The multifamily housing industry is changing at a rapid pace,” Kirby explained. “Amenitization is moving toward automation, mobile technology has experienced unprecedented momentum, and the rideshare movement is impacting zoning requirements across numerous cities in the United States. With so much happening at once, it’s important that multifamily housing operators familiarize themselves with how digital amenities and services are significantly impacting the market. I am excited to join fellow thought-leaders in discussing the emerging trends taking place in our industry.”

Kirby will be participating in an array of events at the summit, starting November 28th with a collaborative discussion on Next Generation Renters. This event will take place during an exclusive VIP lunch and networking session in a private airport hangar, followed by a helicopter tour of area multifamily communities. On November 29th, Kirby will be joined by Manny Gonzalez of the award-winning architectural firm, KTGY as well as Marc Rutzen, the CEO of Enodo, and Tanner Bickelhaupt, founding principal of The Tanbic Company. The panel will discuss the future of multifamily management as it relates to the growing expectations of today’s renters. Wrapping up the summit on November 30th, Kirby will participate in a one-on-one discussion with Patrick Antrim on the state of the affordable housing industry, in addition to the complex regulatory issues that multifamily developers face.
